Nami Island, Anifore Forest and BTS Spring Getaway

Join Enjoy Korea as we celebrate the start of spring with this awesome weekend getaway. Over the weekend visit the beautiful and peaceful Nami Island, visit some of BTS’s most iconic beach photoshoot locations, and stay in a beautiful mountain resort. Start your Sunday off with an energising yoga flow in Anifore animal forest with it’s stairway to heaven, infinity swing, and home to alpacas, sheep, rabbits, and other fluffy friends.

SATURDAY

After departing our home cities we’ll make the drive to our first stop of the weekend, Nami Island. To get onto the island itself we’ll need to take a short ferry ride, which just adds to the excitement. Nami Island is truly magical and unique, it declared its cultural independence from the Republic of Korea and called itself the ‘Naminara Republic’, celebrating music and art, it even has its own currency which you can choose to use. During our visit, the cherry blossoms will be in bloom making for the perfect backdrop for a spring stroll. You can also explore by bike or the mini tourist train. Enjoy a picnic under a shaded tree, or stop into one of the cafes and restaurants throughout the island to grab a coffee or a bite to eat.

Our accommodation for the weekend is Yongpyong’s Villa Condos nestled in the heart of the resort. All condos have 2 rooms and a balcony with forest views. Prices are based on 5 sharing, under occupancy rates are available. Room preferences such as same gender and quieter rooms are available also.

SUNDAY

Start your Sunday with a stroll to your morning yoga flow in the Anifore animal forest (suitable for all ability levels). This session amongst the trees accompanied with soothing but uplifting music is sure to kick start your day in the perfect way. You’ve then got time to explore the rest of Anifore and make friends with some of it’s cute and fluffy residents, and don’t forget to get that perfect photo on the mountain swing before you go.

After check out it’s time to put all that amazing energy you cultivated during our morning yoga flow and make the short journey to our first BTS location, Jumunjin Beach, the home of the BTS Bus Stop from the album cover of “You Never Walk Alone”. It’s then onto Maebang beach and your chance to recreate the “Butter” single cover. If you’re not so much of a BTS fan, these are still amazing beaches to catch some springtime sun.

The trip includes:
– Round-trip private charter bus departing from Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Daejeon & Changwon.
– 1 nights accommodation in a resort condo with balcony and traditional ondol bedding
– Transportation to Nami Island
– Entrance to Anifore Animal Forest

SUNDAY RETURN INFORMATION

The Busan & Daegu buses depart at 5.30pm getting you back to Daegu around 9.30pm, and Busan around 10.30pm.
The Seoul bus departs at 5pm getting you back to Seoul around 8.45pm

ROOMING INFO

We’re staying at Yongpyong’s Villa Condos in the heart of the resort.
– Balcony with forest views.
– 1 living room (can double as extra bedroom for mixed groups),
– 1 bedroom
– 1 bathroom
– Prices based on 5 people sharing a condo. If your group is smaller than 5 we can room you with other groups.
– Traditional Korean ondol bedding.
– Same gender and quieter rooms can be requested after booking via the room request form we send out a few weeks before the trip departure.

Under occupancy is available at a cost of 25,000krw per person under. Only 1 person per group should add this to their reservation.

CORONAVIRUS PRECAUTIONS

We assume as you’re attending the trip you 1) aren’t displaying any symptoms, and 2) haven’t had any exposure to any existing virus clusters. If however you have, please inform us prior to the trip as well as your employer or relevant authority to seek further guidance. We will also be following all government mandated guidelines.
