Celebrate the New Year in style and take advantage of the 3 day weekend by joining Enjoy Korea as we travel to Phoenix Park Ski Resort, one of the venues for the 2018 Winter Olympics.

As well as the obvious skiing and snowboarding, to celebrate the New Year Phoenix Park will have K-Pop performances on the outdoor main stage, a fire torch skier precession, and a very impressive fireworks performance when the clock strikes 12. Afterwards head over to the Heineken club for the official after party with top DJ’s.

When it’s time to hit the slopes Phoenix Park is one of our favourite resorts in Korea. It has 17 runs, 4 of which are approved by the FIS (International Ski Federation), two parks and 2 half pipes. There is also lots to do off the slopes, with a bowling alley, Phoenix Park’s Blue Canyon indoor/outdoor water park with hot tubs and several bars and a nightclub nearby. Please note that because of Olympic preparation some runs and the big half-pipe will be closed, but the majority of the mountain will be open.

Enjoy Korea realizes not everyone wants to be on the slopes all weekend, so we’re offering several different lift pass packages for the weekend.

Option A: Saturday 12:30pm – 4:30pm
Option B: Saturday 12:30pm – 10:30pm
Option C: Option A + Sunday 10.30am-4.30pm
Option D: Option B + Sunday 10.30am-4.30pm

Should anyone want to ride through the hangover on Monday the 1st you can buy additional passes directly at the resort.

This trip includes:
– Round-trip Private Charter Bus
– 2 nights accommodation at a prime location at the base of the slopes only 1 minute from the gondola & lifts.

Our accommodation could not be more convenient. It’s in the same building as the gondola lift, all other lifts are 1 minute walk away. The first 40 people to sign up in finalized groups get a bunkbed room. The other rooms are traditional ondol.
*If you would like to be in a quieter or same sex room, you can request that on our room forms which will be e-mailed out at a later date. We will do our best to accommodate you.

This includes a Jacket & Pants. Goggles and gloves are not included and should be purchased separately if needed. E-mart, Homeplus & Costco all have cheap selections, gloves start from 12,000, goggles start from 25,000. There are stores on the resort that have good value items also.

English ski/boarding lessons are technically available at the resort, however we haven’t heard good things and they are quite expensive so we don’t promote them.
